- Do you want to join our journey, providing your passion in Data Science and sharing our values of transformation and sustainability?**WHAT THE DATA GRADUATE PROGRAM IS?**
- Our Data Graduate Program is an international career program with job rotations in different countries of the Group, certified technical training, customized developement and super-tangible in-store/warehouse immersions.
- Since the beginning you can choose between two paths**:Tech Data** or **Business Data.**
- At the end of the program, you will be promoted to a high-responsibility position in your home Country.**WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?**
National and international mobility, available from September 2024;
- Recently graduated with a business school background, specializing in digital, data, or tech innovation, for the Business Data option;
- Recent graduate with an engineering school background and solid technical foundations in data, for the Tech Data Option.**WHERE THE JOURNEY WILL TAKE YOU?**
- You will experience three 7-months job rotation in Italy and the Group Countries.- After every job rotation, a 1-month training will allow you to get and certify new technical and transversal competencies. Also, during field experiences (stores and warehouses) you will see how your work can impact directly to our clients and supply chain.- Have you ever dreamed of learning French The Data Graduate Program will also be the opportunity for a french language course.- Individual follow-up and career management from the Data and Talent Management teams will be provided along the whole program.- At the end of the program you have plenty of assignment possibilities, according to the option you chose:
Tech Data option- Data Engineer / Data Ops / Data Analyst / Data Scientist / Data Viz; Business Data option
> Data Translator / Product Owner / Data Viz / Data Enablement Manager / Group Product Strategy Manager / AI Strategy Manager
