Segnaliamo che presso la funzione del** Market Access & Government Affairs**, si ricerca una risorsa da inserire nella posizione di** Communication Lead.**

**PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA’**

Riportando all’Head of External Communication & Patient Advocacy, il Communication Lead, si occuperà di:

- contribuire all’ideazione delle strategie di comunicazione esterna dell’area di riferimento;
- garantire che tutte le potenziali opportunità di comunicazione vengano sfruttate.
- contribuire all’ideazione e sviluppo di partnership con Media finalizzate al raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali;
- garantire un approccio multichannel che valorizzi il contributo di tutti gli attori coinvolti nel sistema salute, (policy makers, payers, etc.)
- valorizzare e diffondere esternamente l’approccio e l’attenzione dell’azienda nei confronti dei pazienti
- gestire tutte le attività in accordo con i Valori aziendali, il Codice Etico di AstraZeneca e nel rispetto delle normative nazionali e regionali.
- gestire l’ufficio stampa;
- ideare e implementare i piani di comunicazione relativi agli imminenti lanci di prodotto;
- supportare il team di Market Access nelle iniziative regionali dando visibilità ad AstraZeneca anche sulla stampa a livello regionale;
- garantire un allineamento costante con il team dei RAM in merito a novità rilevanti nelle politiche sanitarie oncologiche di livello nazionale;
- gestire la relazione con i giornalisti e la rete di stakeholder chiave rispetto all’area di riferimento;
- contribuire all'allineamento del team crossfunzionale (accesso, medica, marketing, business) identificando e analizzando tendenze e/o cambiamenti, anticipando così eventuali implicazioni per il business;
- pianificare le attività di advertising istituzionale e/o di area terapeutica;
- gestire i rapporti con il team di Communication Regional e Global;
- garantire un allineamento costante con il team di Internal Communication in merito alle progettualità in realizzazione;
- garantire l’aggiornamento costante dei team di franchise in merito allo stato di avanzamento delle progettualità.

**REQUISITI**
- Laurea in scienze della comunicazione, scienze politiche, discipline giuridiche, umanistiche o affini
- Master in Comunicazione (preferred)
- Conoscenza del contesto politico-sanitario nazionale
- Esperienza di almeno 6 anni nell’ambito comunicazione esterna e/o patient advocacy all’interno di aziende farmaceutiche strutturate o esperienza di 7/10 anni come Account in Agenzie di comunicazione;
- Ottima capacità di comunicazione scritta/orale in italiano/inglese costituisce requisito fondamentale
- Capacità di lavorare in squadra
- Capacità di leadership e capacità relazionali
- Project management
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
