**Overview**

In this role, reporting directly with the Head of Group Compliance & Organization, you will collaborate with top management for the coordination and the value assurance of key organization process included in the strategic plan.

**What Will You Do**
- Support Process Owners in monitoring the KPI’s of Group processes
- Review internal procedures and checklist
- Design and Support for the usage of internal tools for and the release of their full potential
- Support redesign and streamlining of operating model for the main business functions
- Support the implementation of new organizational and practical aspects, supporting company performance improvement in line with business strategies.

**Who Are You**
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a similar field
- Highly motivated, self-starter, willing to assume responsibility, curious to learn new things
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
