**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for a **Catalog Manager** to join our Buying Team.

**You will**:

- Oversee all aspects of catalog data management for assigned categories and vendors.
- Build and maintain a database of all product attributes including, but not limited to, product descriptions, images, classification, and individual product attributes and fitment.
- Describe product features and their benefits to the customer.
- Input product tags for SEO Title, SEO Description & Alt Titles.
- Format friendly SEO URLs for category and product detail pages.
- Collaborate with marketplace managers to create new item listings for all marketplaces.
- Collaborate with the Buying team to analyze product assortment for new markets, brands, and upcoming opportunities.
- Gain a strong understanding of each brand to drive brand and category awareness.
- Implement SEO best practices into product catalogs to improve listing quality for national eCommerce and marketplaces.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders for the collection of product content information to produce high quality product data within required specifications.
- Manage and maintain product classifications, hierarchies, and taxonomies across assigned product lines utilizing internal processes and accepted industry practices
- Utilize knowledge and accepted industry data standards to enrich and optimize product content information and specifications.
- Manage product images and other digital assets utilizing industry best practices.
- Facilitate the syndication of data to ecommerce stores, marketplaces, internal systems, and external systems while ensuring data integrity and security.
- Work constructively with others within the organization to develop and execute departmental and organization plans/strategies.

**Requirements for this role**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing/Sales and minimum 3 years’ experience in eCommerce content management.
- Strong Fashion product knowledge.
- Expert in MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, graphs, etc.).
- Basic familiarity with Marketing and online sales channels.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional data analysis.
- Ability to think critically and take appropriate actions as needed.
- Highly motivated and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
