Alla risorsa, collocata nell’ambito della funzione Business Development TLR, saranno affidate le seguenti attività:

- Affiancamento sviluppo Customer Development clienti finali TLR (Amministratori di condominio ed Enti pubblici); nel dettaglio indicativamente: relazioni con amministratori di condominio, raccolta fatture e consumi, elaborazione offerte, predisposizione assemblee in coordinamento e supporto degli Amministratori, presenza alle assemblee di condominio, customer care clienti e supporto alle attività di ufficio lato amministrativo e contabile.
- Affiancamento sviluppo Comunità Energetiche AUC di condominio e Parrocchie: nel dettaglio indicativamente scouting delle opportunità su portafoglio Clienti TLR, cernita condomini/Parrocchie per scrematura pre-fattibilità, schede condomini/Parrocchie più interessanti per inoltro valutazione staff pre-fattibilità, supporto e collegamento tra TLR - Staff CER AUC - Amministratori/Parroci per iter costituzione Comunità Energetiche (raccolta adesioni, documenti, ecc).
- Affiancamento sviluppo Comunità Energetiche CER territoriali: nel dettaglio indicativamente: scouting su portafoglio Enti Pubblici, Aziende, Condomini Clienti TLR per innesco Comunità Energetiche territoriali, supporto prime fasi esplorative, raccolta dati di consumo potenziali soggetti pubblici e privati, sinergie con BU Smart City
- Consolidamento sinergie e Cross interno BU Smart Cities & Tertiary e altre Edison
