**Position Snapshot**:

- Nespresso Italy Headquarter, Assago
- Previous and consolidated experience (at least 5 years) in Supply Chain / Demand & Supply Planning / S&OP processes
- Strong leadership skills
- Agile and collaborative mindset
- Fluent in Italian and English

**Position Summary**:
**A day in the life of Demand & Supply Planning Manager**:

- Managing and maintaining a skilled, motivated team of Demand and Supply planners to continuously improve the quality of the Demand and Supply Plans and the efficiency with which they are produced
- Ensuring continuing alignment with Business priorities, initiatives and activities, and the delivery of performance to agreed KPI levels
- Mastering the full E2E Supply chain for Retail channel
- Managing the relationship and effective flow of information between the Demand and Supply Planning function and internal functions (such as Finance, Marketing, Sales) and also external business partners such as service providers and vendors, specifically Local Supply

**What will make you successful**:

- Previous and consolidated experience (at least 5 years) in Supply Chain / Demand & Supply Planning / S&OP processes
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience in Project Management in DSP area
- Desirable to have had experience implementing LEAN concepts and tools
- Agile and collaborative mindset
- Fluent in Italian and English
