**Job Description Summary**: Le Spécialiste des Opérations Juridiques agira en tant que partenaire commercial clé de l'équipe P&L Operations et Legal de GE Vernova Power Conversion France. Il/elle accompagnera la croissance de l'entreprise notamment en ce qui concerne les contrats commerciaux avec les clients, les fournisseurs et la gestion des sinistres.

En tant que membre de l'équipe juridique de GE Vernova Power Conversion, il/elle travaillera en partenariat avec l'équipe juridique et l'avocat général de Power Conversion pour améliorer les opérations juridiques dans l'ensemble de l'entreprise, en élaborant des modèles contractuels, du matériel de formation, en préparant des communications sur des questions juridiques, en définissant de nouveaux processus impliquant l'équipe juridique et d'autres parties prenantes clés.

**Responsabilités essentielles**

En tant que Spécialiste des Opérations Juridique, vous serez impliqué dans:

- conseil juridique et assistance aux contrats commerciaux internationaux (clients et fournisseurs) Rédaction et négociation d'accords annexes tels que les garanties de la société mère pour le centre de profits et pertes France
- fournir un soutien juridique à la gestion des sinistres P&L France.
- diriger des projets d'amélioration, de maintenance, de mise à jour et de numérisation des opérations juridiques de conversion d'énergie (modèles, création de politiques, création de trackers et d'indicateurs clés de performance, maintenance de la page Web juridique, supports de formation, etc.) en collaboration avec le directeur juridique de PC et en coopération avec le reste de l'équipe juridique de l'entreprise et des parties prenantes de l'entreprise.
- identifier et déployer des initiatives Lean qui peuvent améliorer les activités de l'équipe juridique et le soutien à l'entreprise au quotidien.

**Qualifications/Exigences**
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
- Diplôme en droit ou l'équivalent d'une faculté de droit accréditée.
- Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des transactions commerciales pertinentes et du droit général des sociétés, acquise dans un cabinet d'avocats de premier plan ou dans un service juridique d'entreprise ayant une exposition internationale, ou les deux.
- Expérience transactionnelle dans la rédaction et la négociation de contrats nationaux et internationaux.
- Expérience dans la négociation de réclamations et le règlement des différends (y compris les litiges, l'arbitrage et la médiation).
- Expérience dans l'élaboration de processus, de modèles et/ou d'opérations juridiques.
- Capacité et curiosité d'utiliser et de personnaliser les outils d'opérations juridiques, y compris les outils numériques.

**Qualifications souhaitées**
- La maîtrise d'une autre langue est un atout.

- Capacité à faire face à l'ambiguïté, à des circonstances différentes ou inattendues, à accepter des changements rapides.

- Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite associées à un état d'esprit multiculturel et à des compétences interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale et en présentation, capacité à interagir avec toutes les parties prenantes de l'entreprise.
