**About the Role**:
We are looking for a talented graduate as part of the Credit Management team based in Alba, Italy

**Main Responsibilities**:

- You'll support the Credit Manager and take part to CRM projects
- Based on the Risk customers profile, You'll collaborate to perform periodic credit risk evaluations and to support the Group Credit Management in defining how to approach each situation
- You'll participate to integration projects related to credit management for the new companies in the Italian perimeter
- You'll activate any necessary legal actions to recover credits managing the relationship with the credit collection company and monitoring of the activity
- You'll develop and maintain a credit loss reporting
- You'll monitor receivables quality and related assets, control potential losses coming from credit exposure and maximize cash flow, perform debt collection by negotiating with main credit-impaired debtors in order to recover due amount
- You'll provide credit underwriting analysis and recommendations to the business lines

**Who we are looking for**:

- You've successfully completed Business Management studies
- You're a professional with 2-3 years of experience in Finance or Treasury
- You're a proactive person able to work effectively in high-pressure environment
- FMCG experience is a plus
- You're able to use MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and SAP FI/SD
- You're fluent in Italian and English
