**Responsabilità**:

- Attività di Due diligence ambientale di Fase 1 e 2 con focus particolare sui temi dell’inquinamento del suolo e materiali pericolosi (amianto, ecc);
- Analisi e revisione critica della documentazione relativa ad attività di regolarizzazione ambientale (Caratterizzazione, Analisi di Rischio, Progetti di Bonifica, Piani di Lavoro bonifica amianto, ecc.);
- Esecuzione di attività di sopralluogo di immobili e/o portafogli immobiliari, determinazione delle attività di approfondimento di indagine necessarie per determinare pe passività ambientali;
- Predisposizione di stime di budget per interventi di regolarizzazione ambientale
- Gestire le attività assegnate nel rispetto delle scadenze previste nel budget di commessa.
- Assicurare il rispetto dei processi/procedure aziendali nello svolgimento delle attività

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea specialistica preferibilmente in Ingegneria Ambientale, Geologia, Scienze Ambientali
- Esperienza lavorativa nel campo di almeno 4 anni;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (fluente)
- Iscrizione all'ordine professionale nazionale (costituisce requisito qualificante sia l’abilitazione alla sicurezza cantieri 81/08);
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, Autocad,
- Patente di guida cat. B, e disponibilità a spostament/trasferte;
- Preferibile Conoscenza del seguente ambito:

- Conoscenza di base degli impianti a servizio degli immobili (Elettrici, HVAC, antincendio) e principali normative in ambito di prevenzione incendi
