Instrumentation Technician

- We are looking for instrumentation engineers, from fresh to moderate experienced to strength our team, to be based in our office in Genoa for detail design works and OE services for Power Plants.
- The job requires the Instrumentation Engineer to work in team for executing projects. International travel for short periods of time may be required.
- Delivering projects in accordance with agreed schedules at various stages including preparation of technical drawings, specification and production of construction drawings for Power Plant Applications such as:

- Instrument list
- Instrument Data Sheets
- Instrument Location Plant
- Instrument primary hook up
- Instrument secondary hook up
- Instrument rack composition
- Junction box drawing and composition
- Calculating and delivering instrument MTO for all the documents above
- Coordination with project team and internal team disciplines within Mott MacDonald Group including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Environmental
- Enhancing our business development and delivering projects in new technologies
- About you:
- Degree in Electric/Electronic/mechanical technical disciplines
- Self-motivated, analytical, responsible.
- Willingness to learn from peers.
- A team player with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in design software (Autocad 2D ad 3D, Microsoft Visio, etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft main programs such as Word, Excel
- Basic knowledge of the Instrumental part is considered a plus
- Good Knowledge of both spoken and written Italian and English, a third language is a plus.
