Con l’obiettivo di potenziare la nostra struttura Legal, siamo alla ricerca di un **Legal Counsel **che si occuperà di fornire supporto legale con riferimento alle tematiche legate alla contrattualistica, al diritto civile, al diritto d’autore e al diritto degli appalti pubblici.

Più nello specifico, la risorsa si occuperà di:

- Fornire supporto nella redazione e negoziazione di contratti ( licenza d’uso di software, contratti di distribuzione, agenzia, procacciamento d’affari, partnership commerciali e joint ventures);
- Svolgere attività di consulenza a supporto delle diverse funzioni aziendali, analisi delle normative di settore e redazione di pareri interni;
- Fornire supporto nell’organizzazione e strutturazione di un ufficio legale nelle società del gruppo con sedi all’estero.
- Ha conseguito una laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza;
- Ha maturato un’esperienza di almeno 4 anni all’interno di studi legali o di realtà organizzative strutturate e internazionali;
- Ha un’ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese;
- Ha ottime doti comunicative, verbali e scritte;
- Ha un’ottima predisposizione al problem solving, al lavoro per obiettivi e a contesti organizzativi altamente complessi.
- Ha orientamento all’innovazione e forte spirito imprenditoriale.
