**Solution Architect Salesforce - MuleSoft expert (M/F/d)**

Sede di lavoro**:Milano/Bologna**

Il profilo ricercato farà parte del team Salesforce dedicato allo sviluppo di una soluzione CRM basata su Financial Service Cloud, e nel contesto del progetto sarà incaricato di definire l'architettura di integrazione, l'architettura dati ed i servizi middleware della piattaforma.

In particolare, sarà incaricato delle seguenti attività:

- Partecipare ai gruppi di lavoro con le funzioni di business coinvolte con l’obiettivo di definire una soluzione ottimale in base alla conoscenza técnica della piattaforma, alle funzionalità out of the box, alle best practices, minimizzando i rischi di progetto e di time-to-market;
- Partecipare alle fasi di design authority per promuovere l'adozione di soluzioni in linea con le best practices e le linee guida del progetto;
- Supervisionare i fornitori incaricati dello sviluppo e test validando le soluzioni proposte, concordando tempistiche e priorità di intervento e monitorando gli stati di avanzamento e la qualità dell’output;
- Definire l'architettura dati e di integrazione validandola con i referenti del team Architetture, Sicurezza IT e Compliance;
- Proporre e definire KPI di monitoraggio business e dei risultati raggiunti.

**REQUISITI**:

- Laurea Magistrale in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o equivalente;
- Esperienza consolidata (almeno 7 anni) nel ruolo di **Solution Architect **maturata in progetti di sviluppo di soluzione CRM **Salesforce **preferibilmente in ambito assicurativo o Financial Services su tecnologica Salesforce Financial Service Cloud;
- Comprovate capacità nel lavoro in team con fornitori e specialisti e di interazione diretta con le funzioni di business;
- Esperienza con **MuleSoft **maturata in progetti complessi di digital transformation;
- Esperienza in progetti riguardanti lo sviluppo di contact center, basati su **Salesforce Service Cloud o Service Cloud Voice **.
