SUMMARY OF ROLE
Maxeon is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing Team. We are at an exciting turning point for our company, transforming the way we solve our customers energy pain points and evolving our offering to become the preferred clean energy solution brand for consumers in 2025. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will contribute to the transformation and is responsible for executing a digital marketing omnichannel strategy working hand-in-hand with the different key stakeholders across the organization: digital product, sales, global marketing, brand, product marketing, channel amongst others.
The right person is an expert of digital marketing channels, has a data driven approach and an attitude for teamwork. Communication and collaboration skills are key for the success of the new colleague.
As the expert in the field, you design digital marketing programs to realize local customer acquisition, cross-selling and upselling opportunities, to support our growth targets and the development and adoption of our new digital ecosystem.
We are looking for a self-motivated digital marketing expert able to thrive in a fast-paced, results and deadline driven environment. You are driven by data and passionate about efficiently scaling our digital campaigns across our target customer segments. And you know how to communicate performance results developing cross-channel dashboarding concepts to facilitate decision making.
In addition to this solid digital marketing experience, you are a strategic thinker. You are open, engaged, hands-on and positive. You are creative, recognize opportunities and are not afraid to think outside of the box and be challenged. Your entrepreneurial mindset allows you to always find a way to remove roadblocks and move forward. That hands-on, can-do, mentality and critical thinking ability are extremely important in this role. You have proven project management skills and experience in leading cross-cultural and cross-functional project teams. This role reports into the Director of Digital Marketing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the execution of the digital marketing strategy aligned with sales objectives and product strategy, to increase qualified traffic, leads and overall revenues
Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Channel teams and Executives to develop and maintain the best in class, holistic digital experience across all digital touchpoints (web, mobile app, conversational interfaces) with plans that optimize brand and increase targeted reach of Maxeon’s thought leadership, customer stories and other priority content through best-fit digital channel strategies, including paid media promotion and SEO.
Build monthly global marketing reports and analyze the results to brief Management and Executives on recommendations for all digital marketing activities
Plan, manage and track spend across all digital channels and markets
Define standards, guidelines and processes that enable agile delivery of global and local campaigns that include a digital marketing component, with clearly defined metrics for reporting to demonstrate lessons learned, effective campaign experiences ensuring maximizing demand gen investments
Maximize campaign ROI via rigorous tests and learn to optimize copy, creative and audience targeting.
Manage and collaborate with agencies and vendor partners, managing all priorities and deliverables across internal & external teams.
Work with other stakeholders to discover, document and realize opportunities to optimize organizational productivity and effectiveness

QUALIFICATIONS
University degree in marketing or media/communication (or economy/business with specialization in marketing)
Highly skilled global digital marketing professional with at least 10 years of experience in website management and optimisation, lead generation campaigns, performance marketing, marketing automation (Hubspot), CRMs (preferably Salesforce) and content localisation
Experience and knowledge of web design projects with a complex set of web properties covering corporate, B2B/2C and D2C
