AxL SpA - Business Unit di Genova - seleziona per prestigioso gruppo internazionale operante nel settore real estate:
**PROPOSAL ENGINEERING - OFFERTE EPC**

L'Azienda per cui stiamo lavorando si occupa dello sviluppo, costruzione e gestione di grandi impianti rinnovabili in Italia (fotovoltaico, eolico e BEES).

La risorsa si occuperà di:

- Redigere una proposta per servizi di EPC o BoP;
- Identificare subfornitori e qualificarli al fine di creare una rete di collaboratori distribuita in tutta Italia;
- Negoziare i contratti EPC (garanzie, tempistiche, pagamenti etc.) con il supporto del team tecnico e legale;
- Negoziare con i vari fornitori contratti quadro per l’approvvigionamento di materiali;
- Coordinarsi con il team tecnico per cercare soluzioni che possano ottimizzare CAPEX e tempistiche di cantiere;
- Identificare le principali figure in campo per la supervisione di ogni attività.

Si richiede:

- Forte interesse per le energie rinnovabili;
- Laurea in Ingegneria, pianificazione o architettura ambientale o laurea in pianificazione;
- Ottima conoscenza del mercato italiano delle energie rinnovabili e della normativa vigente;
- Precedenti esperienze in ambito di cantieri e costruzione di impianti rinnovabili;
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta in inglese
- Capacità di negoziazione;
- Conoscenza dei principali aspetti contrattuali per contratti EPC e con i fornitori.
