**Job Description**:
- Where and when could you start the internship with us?
Starting from May 27th, 2024, we will offer an internship opportunity in the Marketing team.
- Key Accountabilities:
- Support the tutor in reviewing and coordinating incoming media plans and updates from the regions, providing feedback aligned with the central strategy and guidelines.
- Update all internal documents and systems related to media planning, including flowcharts and summary decks, internal budgeting systems, etc.
- Connect with all relevant internal departments, including creative, legal, e-commerce, social media, and global.
- Learn how to build relationships with external vendors and publishers.
- Support the tutor in managing the day-to-day communication with our partner agencies, running our weekly status calls, and updating the discussion agendas.

- Develop strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Learn how to communicate and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Work in a multinational matrix organization.
- What are the basics?
- You should be going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or have recently graduated (within the past 2 years) with successful studies in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Business Management or related fields.
- Previous curricular/extra-curricular or educational experience abroad is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
- Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
How will the Recruitment process look like?
- The selection process will be starting in April 2024
- If your profile meets the listed requirements and your resume stands out, you will be asked to complete a Cognitive Aptitude test (+ technical test/excel if required)
- After the test result, you will be invited for the first interview with the Talent Acquisition Team.
- The last step of the recruitment process will be a final interview with the hiring manager and HRBP.
