HNH HOSPITALITY cerca per hotel Voco Milano un/una Breakfast Supervisor. La figura, a diretto riporto del F&B Manager, affiancherà operativamente il team del F&B, fungendo da punto di riferimento non solo per l'ospite ma anche per il team, in assenza del F&B Manager.

Il Breakfast Supervisor oltre ad essere operativo in servizio, assicurerà la corretta gestione dell'operatività:

- dall'allestimento alla pulizia delle sale
- organizzazione e gestione del servizio, assistenza all'ospite
- riassortimento del materiale necessario

Promuoverà all'interno del team il rispetto delle procedure aziendali e standard di catena, fornirà indicazioni tecniche sulla risoluzione dei problemi operativi e sarà di sua responsabilità gestire le situazioni maggiormente complesse, anche affiancando i collaboratori in ottica formativa.

Si offre un contratto iniziale a tempo determinato di un anno a scopo stabilizzazione.
