Trainee - Planner

We are currently looking for a Trainee for a 6 months internship in our Central Methodology Office at Verona site.

The Trainee will work closely to expert Planners and will be exposed to different processes and projects in order to allow for building new technical competences and develop soft skills.

In this role the resource will primarily support work with Operations and liaise with internal stakeholders as Finance, PM, PL, Alliance and BD Managers to deliver Capacity Planning process for Integrated Drug Discovery Global Area, identify gaps between actual and desired outcomes, ensuring reliable data-driven decision making. The person support in scheduling process governance and control (Human, Facilities and Instruments) ensuring alignment with project planning.
- Support in the deliver of an accurate monthly forecast.
- Support to provide the capacity planning process.
- Degree in Pharmaceutical Technology and Chemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong listening, communication, facilitation and team working skills, with ability to interact across multiple stakeholders.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Basic knowledge in drug discovery and development processes in pharmaceutical field.
