Stiamo cercando un profilo da inserire nell'ambito Network per la posizione Network Planning and Development. Il contratto è full time e a tempo indeterminato; l'inserimento è previsto per inizio settembre, la sede di lavoro è Milano.
Aree di responsabilità:
- supporto alla definizione e revisione di nomenclatori tariffari inpatient e outpatient;
- definizione di logiche di espansione mirata del Network sanitario attraverso analisi dei comportamenti degli attuali utilizzatori di servizi / prestazioni sanitarie;
- definizione del processi di fruizione del Network di strutture sanitarie da parte degli utenti (es: selezione strutture e tariffe, prenotazione, pagamento e accesso alle prestazioni) e contributo alla definizione delle relative customer journey;
- disegno e strutturazione dei processi di interazione operativa con le strutture del network (es: autorizzazione, presa in carico, erogazione delle prestazioni e gestione dei flussi amministrativi) e di integrazione dei relativi flussi con la gestione dei claims e dei servizi salute, con particolare riferimento allo sviluppo di un modello ad hoc per le strutture pubbliche;
- creazione di strumenti a supporto delle attività di negoziazione per l'area account management;
- definizione e aggiornamento di strumenti di gestione e controllo delle attività del Network;
- supporto alla definizione dei piani di evoluzione digitale e di valorizzazione del Network delle strutture sanitarie, al fine dell'integrazione con le strutture, del miglioramento dell'esperienza dell'assicurato e dell'efficienza dei processi claims;
- scouting del mercato per l'identificazione e l'analisi di opportunità di innovazione nella gestione del Network (in termini di Customer Experience, tool digitali, modello di relazione).
- laurea preferibilmente in Economia / Ingegneria Gestionale o Master in Management;
- 5 anni di esperienza lavorativa complessiva presso strutture ospedaliere nell'ambito delle attività private, oppure in area Network per compagnie specialistiche Salute e/o TPA Salute (focus su modelli operativi / processi per la gestione del Network sanitario);
- esperienza in gestione di progetti complessi e ottima capacità di problem solving;
- conoscenza strumenti / portali claims presenti sul mercato;
- ottima conoscenza degli strumenti del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Excel e Power Point in primis);
- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- forte orientamento al lavoro in team in un ambiente dinamico e in forte evoluzione.
