Field Sales Representative

**What You Can Expect**:
- Represent the company’s products, using deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies
- Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
- Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field
**How You'll Create Impact**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products and solutions
- Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Meet and/or exceed quotas
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
**What Makes You Stand Out**:
What we are searching
- Degree in Engineering, Sales or Marketing or related experience in a medical, scientific field or technical career
- Previous experience in the Medical Devices Industry (ideally dealing with implants) and strong knowledge of the italian healthcare system is required
- From 2 years of experience in a Commercial Role in the Medical Devices Sector
- Solid experience working in the operating room
