About the Role
We are looking for a **Hospitality & Guest Assistant** in Technogym, who will take care of guests before and during the visit at the Technogym Village.
On top of welcome guests and deal with their everyday inquires, he/she will manage general information and overview the flow of guests arriving/departing the Campus according to the given agenda.
The Guest Assistant will be required to organize hospitality services in the meeting rooms for guests and board management members, as meals, catering services, booking for transportation and accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and control the flow of guests inside the Company, answer their queries and direct them to the appropriate departments/personnel
- Serving food and beverage for guests and VIP members for meetings and events
- Support the team during the events and workshop
- Housekeeping in-hours of hospitality areas and meeting rooms
- Manage and arrange all daily dispatch request from internal staff and consolidate monthly dispatch record to admin manager
- Upload welcome note, corporate video and other information onto LCD TV as and when required
- Register and supervise security items as guest pass or customers registration at the reception desk
Main Responsibilities
- Degree in Humanities, Economics or similar fields
- Experience as a receptionist/front desk representative (preferable)
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
- Customer-oriented with a professional attitude
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and manage time independently
- Ability to proactively and resourcefully deal with issues as they arise
- Able to plan and manage own workload
- Able to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues, flexibility in timing
- Oriented towards providing excellence in customer services
- Can demonstrate adaptability and attention to detail, with strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills
