Belstay Hotels, realtà operante nel settore Hotel 4 Stelle**, **è alla ricerca, per la propria sede di **Venezia Mestre**, di un **Restaurant Manager **da inserire, nell’ambito di un progetto innovativo, nel dipartimento F&B.

La risorsa avrà il compito di organizzare le attività del ristorante e del bar al fine di garantire un’elevata qualità del servizio fornito al cliente; contribuirà al raggiungimento degli obiettivi finanziari e qualitativi del reparto F&B e garantirà la necessaria organizzazione ed il corretto controllo del ristorante e del bar, assicurando l’efficacia del lavoro del proprio staff.

In particolare, la figura svolgerà le seguenti attività:

- Implementare le direttive ricevute dal General Manager per tutto quanto riguarda il ricevimento, l’assistenza ed il soddisfacimento degli ospiti del ristorante e del bar;
- Garantire che le operazioni e le attività del reparto siano in stretto accordo con il budget previsto e tutte le spese controllate;
- Assicurare la necessaria organizzazione, il coordinamento e il controllo del ristorante garantendo l’efficienza del lavoro dei propri collaboratori;
- Garantire un servizio al cliente elevato, cortese ed efficiente secondo gli standard qualitativi fissati;
- Gestire i reclami e assicurare che il problema sia risolto con la soddisfazione del cliente;
- Controllare ed assicurare un’armoniosa disposizione di ogni compimento della sala, della mise en place, di altri dettagli come fiori e piante;
- Gestire, sviluppare e motivare il Team a proprio diretto riporto, nel rispetto e d’accordo con le linee guida fornite dalla Direzione Aziendale;
- Assicurare il rispetto delle regole di sicurezza e di igiene relativamente al suo settore;
- Assicurare la buona conservazione del parco dotazione in consegna e predisporre gli inventari periodici;
- È responsabile dell'applicazione dei Regolamenti, delle Norme e Accordi che coinvolgono il proprio reparto;
- Supervisionare la corretta esecuzione delle procedure di pagamento.

Esperienza:

- Precedente esperienza in hotel 4/5 stelle;
- Esperienza nell’utilizzo di Gestionali F&B;
- Completano il profilo la conoscenza della lingua inglese e preferibilmente anche di una seconda lingua straniera

Orario flessibile, basato su turni secondo il CCNL di riferimento.

Il livello di inserimento e la tipologia contrattuale saranno discussi in fase di colloquio, in base all'effettiva esperienza maturata dalla risorsa selezionata.
