**What does the role involve?**:
As Digital Business Product Manager, you’ll be expected to meet and exceed our business targets and maximize profitable growth in our region.

This means that you will be responsible for a Product Line, participates in the strategy development of the product line, and management of the product portfolio within the product life cycle, including regular reporting.

You will be leading your own team, which calls for training, developing and motivating them, both individually and as a unit.

Your main tasks will be as follow:
Participates in the strategy development and execution of the assigned product/service line
Management of the product portfolio within the product/service life cycle, including launch activities and regular reporting
Definition of value proposition versus competition
Coordination with relevant counterparts (e.g. Trade Marketing, Strategic Marketing and Global Business Units) to ensure translation of the strategy into action
Positioning of the products within the segment, incl. definition of the price strategy
Providing necessary documentation and trainings (for the Trade Manager and Product Manager in the local market organizations) to ensure the know-how transfer
Description of new business ideas and market opportunities, incl. definition of value proposition

**What you need is**:

- University degree in the field of business administration, economics or engineering
- Experience in Software industry in product management or business development roles. Alternatively experience in a digital/software practice of a specialized consulting firm working on Software/ERP integration/implementation projects
- MBA is of advantage
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Sales, Marketing or Technology
- Excellent business understanding and high affinity for Digital Solutions
- Demonstrates strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong written and spoken communication and presentation skills in Italian and English
- Proven functional leadership skills in a matrix organization
- Mobility and willingness to travel
- Fluent in both Italian and English
- Driver’s license
