Reporting to the Regional HR Manager (based in Spain) and dotted line to the Italian Country Manager. Will support the employees based in the central office in Lainate and the field force in the whole of Italy. Will be part of the EMEA HR department working in regional projects as required.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build and develop good relationships with stakeholders and teams essential
- Ability to analyse complex issues and data and proactively recommend and implement practical solutions within a complex commercial environment
- An international mindset - culturally aware, flexible and pragmatic
- Strong data analysis/numerical skills
- Strong project management skills
- Attention to detail and highly organised
- Team player with a very flexible attitude and approach
- Knowledge of various HR fields and HR systems an advantage
- Working knowledge of employment legislation in different countries desirable
- High standard of both verbal and written English communication, additional languages an advantage
- MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and HR systems

**Experience**:

- 5-7 years’ previous experience in a generalist HR role, ideally gained within a multi-cultural and multi-national environment.
- Demonstrable experience of managing a high workload with conflicting priorities, gained within a fast-paced and challenging commercial environment.
- Proven track record in the use of HR information systems, reporting and data analysis.
- Ideally will have project management experience including the successful delivery of HR change projects.
- Good knowledge of local employment/labour laws and collective bargain agreements

**Education**:

- Degree in a Business Management, Human Resources, Social Relations, Law.

InternalResponsibilitiesStr
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees in line with company policies & procedures and employment legislation where applicable.
- Introduce and adapt corporate HR policies and initiatives based upon best practice to ensure local effectiveness and legal compliance.
- Promote and support the Company’s performance management and development processes to encourage ongoing development for all employees. Define, implement and follow-up the annual training program.
- Work collaboratively with the Regional HR Manager and the Reward team to ensure all reward and benefits processes are effectively managed and integrated into the global reward framework (including benchmarking, merit and incentive schemes, benefit contract renewals).
- Support managers in driving employee engagement by assessing performance against the requirements of the business and facilitating action items to improve engagement levels.
- Work with the Regional HR Manager plus external counsel to ensure that local working practices are legally compliant, consistent, regularly updated and aligned to company values.
- Drive the use of people analytics throughout HR and the business through the creation of HR dashboards, monthly key metric reports and other ad-hoc data requests.
