Tax & Accountant

Riepilogo posizione:
We are looking for a TAX & Accountant Specialist for our Accounting dept of Friction Technologies in Barge.

Qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree in business or economics or related disciplines, experience or strong familiarity with income tax for Local, US and Fiscal Gaap, and skills as accounting.

Responsabilità essenziali:
Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer of ITT ITALIA will support in the following tasks:

- Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements for Local Gaap;
- Preparation of the Group Tax Consolidation for Local Gaap.
- Intercompany contracts and preparation of transfer pricing declaration.
- Calculation of current and deferred income tax, for Local, US and Fiscal Gaap, with analysis of differences between (Actual, Budget and FCST);
- Periodic and Annual VAT returns (with relative electronic communication);
- Income Tax return and 770 declaration;
- Active and Passive Electronic Invoicing by interfacing with the Italian Tax department (“Invoices and Payments”/SDI) and monitoring the Substitutive Archiving on a dedicated system.
- Management of the declarations of intent received and issued;
- Printing of mandatory Accounting Books (Journal, VAT Registers, Inventories ), coordinating with external suppliers for their Substitutive Archiving on a dedicated system.
- Management of light tax representatives abroad;
- Support Account payable on monthly and yearly closing process;
