**LOCATION**

The position is located at Aman Venice, Italy.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

Assists the first and second Housekeeping Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the Housekeeping department, ensuring that all the activities are carried out correctly.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensures Housekeeping Attendants deliver the brand promises and provide exceptional guest service at all times
- Conducts quality checks on works done by Housekeeping Room Attendants
- Ensures clean and complete arrival and occupied rooms in a timely manner
- Support the Housekeeping Manager in the smooth running of the housekeeping department
- Support in the administrative tasks
- Reports to superiors lost and damaged items
- Ensures scheduled periodic works are carried out

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal Italian and English
- Ability to work in a team
