**Ariston Group** has embarked on a **Digital Transformation Program** that is bringing a radical innovation across the entire value chain. Digital Office is playing a crucial role in this program by introducing several new and cutting-edge digital technologies that are the enabling factors to execute the transformation.
In order to provide economics continuous monitoring and ensure compliance with new listing requirements, the Governance, Risk & Controlling Team is looking for a newly fresh graduate who is willing to receive a 360° view of the Group-wide ICT department and be part of a young and dynamic team.

**As ICT Governance & Controlling Specialist**, you will report to the ICT Governance, Risk & Controlling Manager and you will be in charge of the following activities:

- Represent the first point of reference for all the Group ICT members (Europe, Asia, America presence) concerning general cross topics (people management and objectivities, ICT Group policies & procedures)
- Manage the Group ICT Economics (Budget, Forecast, 3 Years plan) and the ICT Procurement to Pay process, in close collaboration with all the ICT Directors, Managers, Group Procurement and Group Controlling
- Prepare monthly ICT reporting on economics and projects
- Manage internal ICT capacity planning, monitoring resources allocation and activity log
- Support the preparation of strategic committees and provide useful guidelines for internal alignment

**Your Profile**:

- Master’s degree in Management Engineering or Economics
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proactive, open minded and ambitious
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Organizational and planning skills
- Fluent in English
