Assistant Plant Controller

This is a great opportunity to join our team in Mondovi as a **Plant Controller Assistant**. In this role you will be responsible to analyze and verify costs and invoices, manage reporting and provide support for the month-end closing activities.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Verification and performance of warehouse.
- Verification of labor costs and related statistics.
- Verification of turnover trend and its performance Vs STD.
- Verification of variable and fixed costs Vs Budget.
- Verification and calculation of Std costs.
- Verification of material consumption trends.
- Check the trend of purchase prices (PPV).
- Analysis of the cost of sales and waste.
- Analysis of Obsolescence and LCM funds.
- And-of-month and year-end valuation of stocks; both STD and average for the end of the year.
- Monthly turnover statistics and related reports.
- Calculation and reporting of royalties.
- Calculation and recording of waste.
- Verification of factory indicators i.e. stock - MU.
- End-of-month entries relating to stocks and cost of sales.
- Mapping of accounting accounts Vs reporting system (OneStream).
- Mapping and monthly updating of the Qlik reporting system.
- Editing and printing of cut-off files (from system).
- Users and dates management for end-of-month compliance.
- Compilation of ISTAT statistics.
- Update all Qlik reports.
- Upload month-end closures on One Stream.
- Upload Forecast + Bdg + multi-year plan on One Stream.

**Your skills & expertise**:

- Degree in Economics and Business Management / Master's Degree in Business Administration and Control / Similar degrees.
- Minimum 5 experience in a similar role, preferably in the auditing field.
- Previous experience in using QAD or other ERP system.
- Very good English and Italian skills
- Windows environment and Office package, with particular reference to Excel.
- Organized person, with very good skills regarding time & process management
- Good communication skills
