Per importante azienda leader nel settore delle costruzioni, della progettazione e della ristrutturazione di immobili per privati, aziende e pubblica amministrazione, ricerchiamo un Site Manager, anche con pochi anni di esperienza.

**Posizione**:

- Condividere il crono programma con il PM
- Accertarsi che la documentazione per l’avvio del cantiere sia completa
- Avviare e completare la cantierizzazione secondo i vincoli di commessa
- Fornire input per l’esecuzione degli ordini per la consegna dei materiali e i servizi previsti per la commessa e eventuali problematiche connesse;
- Ricevere il materiale e indicare l’avvenuta prestazione sulle relative fatture passive
- Coordinare l’avvicendamento dei fornitori, controllando il rispetto di tempi e sequenze indicate dal cronoprogramma
- Richiedere, produrre e fornire la documentazione per l’avanzamento (SIL/SAL)
- Concordare con PM eventuali azioni correttive/preventive in caso di scostamento dalle previsioni e

aggiornare relative stime a terminare
- Effettuare il controllo qualità e monitoraggio ambientale, segnalando eventuali non conformità
- Collaborare con PM alla valutazione degli impatti su costi e tempi di eventuali modifiche richieste in corso d’opera
- Recepire le variazioni del cronoprogramma e realizzare le variazioni autorizzate
- Effettuare i collaudi e tutte le azioni previste per la consegna della commessa (svincolo garanzie, ecc)
- Effettuare le attività di chiusura lavori e chiusura cantiere
- Assicurare il pieno rispetto di tutta la normativa sulla sicurezza per quanto previsto di sua competenza

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in ingegneria Civile o ingegneria Gestionale, in alternativa Diploma con comprovata esperienza.
- Capacità di gestione della commessa
- Capacità di capire quanto un ritardo o un errore di un soggetto coinvolto possa ripercuotersi su costi e tempi
- Conoscenza delle normative di Sicurezza
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza
