Oggi Panerai sviluppa e produce nella manifattura di Neuchâtel i propri movimenti e orologi, sintesi tra design e storia italiani e maestria manifatturiera svizzera, che sono venduti attraverso un’esclusiva rete di distributori e nelle boutique monomarca nel mondo.

Panerai is a high-end status sports watch brand, fully exploiting its values of belonging that allow Panerai owners to feel part of an exclusive club.

The fundamental values of Panerai are based on history and the sea world, authenticity, exclusivity and rarity, product identity, Italian design and Swiss technology.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, he/she is the key stategical referent of the Marketing Team.

She/He has the responsibility of coordinating and defining the Global Marketing Calendar and the Key Occasions Marketing Activations.

She/He will also be in charge of Media & Advertising to create Brand Awareness and Visibility.

**Main Responsibilities**

**Marketing**
- Define **Global Marketing Calendar** according to Product Launches
- Co-ordinate on **Key Occasions Marketing Activations**:

- **Marketing Packbook Creation**:

- Co-ordinate **Global Alignment** with different stakeholders to enhance towards Marketing Strategies and Products Availability
- Co-ordinate on **Marketing Content Briefs** on Products and Special Projects, working closely with Creative Team
- Support on **Special Projects & Partnerships** towards overall Marketing Strategies

**Media & Advertising**
- **Enhance Brand Awareness & Visibility** reaching Local Audiences in partnership with Markets & Agencies
- **Offline Media Plan Budget Management** of Subsidiaries & Co-ordination with Markets (Print, OOH)
- Define **Offline Media Guidelines at Global & Local Level** and grant co-ordination offline Media Plans in line with Global Strategies, Launch Calendars & Markets needs
- **Evaluate Markets Offline Media Investment** & Monitor Offline Media Strategies
- Key Contact Person on Offline with Markets, Media Agencies, Richemont Marketing
- Consolidation of Global Print & OOH Visibilities
- Richemont Group Media Alignment & Co-ordination

**Corporate Presentations**
- Brand Presentations & Guidelines
- Ad Hoc Projects

**Key Performance Indicators**
- Plan Efficient 360 Marketing Strategies to support the Business, in line with Product Launches
- Creative & Interactive Content to Drive Strong Brand Interest
- Ensure a Qualitative & Strategic Media Investment Mix is planned for all Subsidiaries
- Monthly Follow Up with Markets towards Efficiency of Marketing & Media Investment
- Efficient Communications transversally amongst all Internal Stakeholders

**Profile**

**Knowledge and Professional skills**
- Minimum 12 Years of Marketing & Media Experience, with Minimum 5 Years in Managerial Position preferably in HQ
- Experience in Media & Advertising, Media Agency a plus
- Experience from Luxury Industry a plus
- Strong Interpersonal & Communications Skills
- Creative, Solid, Organized, Responsive, Attention to Details
- Strong Priorities Settings, Deadlines Driven with Qualitative Results
- Pro-Active, Strong Team Player and able to work Transversally
- Strong Co-ordination & Problem-Solving Skills
- Excellent English (both Written & Spoken), Italian & French a plus
- Strong Excel, Powerpoint & Presentation Skills
- Strong Multi-Tasking & Analytical skills
- Detailed knowledge with Windows and Office
