Ruolo
Strategic and operational support in the entire human resource management process;
Recruitment, selection, hiring, onboarding and management of resources and staff evaluation;
Personnel training, educational upgrading and maintenance of skills needed for individual company profiles;
Developing strategies to implement specific professional skills with the aim of contributing to the growth of the corporate population;
Measuring and assessing skills resulting in the implementation of performance measurement and evaluation systems to increase people well-being and business productivity;
Working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to finalize recruitment and business performance;
Organize and supervise individual and group training programs;
Management and planning of organizational needs in consultation with company management;
Detailed personnel monitoring reporting;
Management of personnel budget and cost;
Monitoring the drafting of social and legal statements;
Managing labor relations and negotiating with various representations;
Defines and manages company's broader talentagenda, including implementing best practices on (i) hiring and onboarding, (ii) training and development, (iii) target-setting and feedback. This includes driving superior talent engagement, as to be validated through employee engagement surveys, and ensuring execution of suitable employee communication
Defines and manages company's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion agenda - including developing a holistic strategy how to attract/retain/promote, as well as report on diversity along best practices
Helps shape company's value proposition for employees and purpose, to attract and retain great talent
Helps drive an inclusive, safe culture for the company, making it an exceptional place to work where people can thrive and perform at their best. Among other topics, this includes sounds management of and reporting on employee incidents (incl. via anonymous hotlines)
Helps ensure exceptional employee H&S performance alongside other key operational leaders at the company

He/she is fluent in English and has previously managed resources.
