**Posizione**:
Digital Diversity Week supporta Fincantieri nella ricerca di profili appartenenti alle Categorie Protette (L.68/99) da inserire come Learning and Development Analyst.
La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del team Learning & Development della Direzione Generale del Gruppo Fincantieri e supporterà i processi di formazione, sviluppo del personale e talent management al fine di accrescere le competenze dei dipendenti e favorirne la crescita, in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali.
ATTIVITÀ
La risorsa sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività / processi:
- Analisi, reportistica e attività di monitoraggio dei principali KPI della Funzione, anche relativi al Bilancio e al Piano di Sostenibilità;
- Formazione, in termini di progettazione, pianificazione, erogazione e monitoraggio delle iniziative formative, anche finanziate, afferenti al catalogo formativo di Gruppo, alla Fincantieri Corporate University e Safety Academy;
- Valutazione annuale della performance, feedback 360° e assessment del potenziale, anche attraverso analisi statistiche e qualitative per determinare i gap di competenza, quale input per l’elaborazione dei percorsi formativi e la definizione delle azioni di sviluppo;
- Attività di People Development, con l'obiettivo di valorizzare il capitale umano, attraverso la definizione di percorsi di crescita professionale e l’elaborazione di piani di sviluppo;
- Progetti di HR Digital Transformation al fine di trasformare, innovare e automatizzare i processi della Funzione.
**Requisiti**:
- Appartenenza alle categorie protette l.68/99
- Laurea magistrale in Economia o Ingegneria Gestionale;
- Ottima conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici, in particolare il pacchetto Office;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata;
- Completano il profilo caratteristiche personali quali: problem solving, attitudine al team working, capacità di analisi, capacità di pianificazione, orientamento al risultato, flessibilità e adattabilità.
