ICC SYSTEM DESIGNER - RAILWAY SIGNALLING DOMAIN
Job location:
Bologna area (Florence Quest National Head Offices or remote working as alternative options)

Role Overview
The selected resources - acting as part of an agile team aimed at giving a qualified support to the Engineering Dept. within a complex, structured environment with high pitched professional standards -will contribute to the development of ICC system architecture, defining and allocating requirements, evaluating design trade-offs, balancing technical risk, defining and assessing interfaces, keeping close coordination with development, Integration, verification and validation activities and with project deployment activities, in line with the system roadmap.
The job requires a broad understanding and skills in systems engineering and ability to work transversally with engineering teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design the system and provide related documents (specification, architecture, interface, etc);
- Actively support ICC Design Reviews, Gap Analysis and Impact Analysis;
- Investigate the V&V test failures for corrective actions.

Background, qualifications and desired experience:

- BSc / MSc Degree in Engineering (Electronic / Electrical / ITC / TLC or similar field);
- minimum 3 to 10 years' experience in Railway Signalling System Engineer role (ICC or TMS background would be preferential).
