For our Marketing and Sales team we are interested to meet young people with an enthusiastic standing, committed personality and with a result-oriented approach

**Posizione**:
The trainees are involved, reporting directly to the Manager, in the activities management of their work team (monitor the market trends, support the definition of the marketing and sales plans, manage activation requests for the POS, collaborate with the sales network,)

**Requisiti**:
**Job requirements**:
Ø Good analytical skills to interpret datas and understand competitors and market dynamics

Ø Innovative, entrepreneurial spirit: being creative, results-oriented and solutions driven

Ø Good organizational capabilities

Ø Dynamic, enthusiastic and positive personality

Ø Strong communication and presentation skills

Ø Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Ø Fluency in English

**Qualifications/experience**:
Ø Degree in Marketing or Business administration

Ø Passion for chocolate and FMCG companies with international exposure and new products development experience

Ø Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
