**Ruolo**

Sviluppare una cultura di miglioramento continuo sul sito. Individuare, proporre e implementare azioni di miglioramento e standardizzazione dei processi attraverso l'analisi dei flussi e il controllo dell'efficienza dei processi produttivi e gestionali.

**Responsabilità**
- Identificare opportunità di miglioramento e standardizzazione dei processi all'interno dello stabilimento e proporre le relative azioni di miglioramento.
- Analizzare i flussi dei singoli Dipartimenti al fine di individuare opportunità di ottimizzazione delle fasi del processo produttivo.
- Condurre e/o partecipare a progetti volti a ottimizzare i processi e razionalizzare l'uso delle risorse dello stabilimento, utilizzando metodologie e standard di Lean Manufacturing e Business Excellence.
- Coordinare la formazione del personale alle tecniche Lean Six Sigma.
- Guidare e/o partecipare a progetti e proporre strumenti per favorire l'emersione di idee per il miglioramento dei processi e delle attività da parte di tutto il personale dello Stabilimento e supervisionare l'attuazione delle conseguenti attività implementative.
- Utilizzare strumenti specifici per diffondere l'adozione di approcci volti a perseguire la massima efficienza nella progettazione delle attività e dei processi dell'Impianto.
- Definire metodologie di monitoraggio e analisi dei parametri relativi ai processi produttivi.
- Rappresentare la funzione di appartenenza nei team interfunzionali, per gli aspetti di competenza.
- Redigere procedure e POS dell'unità di appartenenza e dei reparti produttivi, relative all'area di competenza.

**Requisiti**
- Laurea in ingegneria (o di carattere scientifico con successivo percorso di specializzazione in ambito Lean Management - Operational Business Excellence)
- Esperienza professionale significativa di 5-10 anni con almeno 4 nel settore Lean/Op.Ex. o funzioni assimilate in contesti industriali e di stabilimento farmaceutici o biotech, apprezzata anche la provenienza da multinazionali strutturate e multibusiness
- Abitudine a muoversi in organizzazioni strutturate con linee di riporto funzionali e stakeholders interni
- Inglese fluente
- Disponibilità mobilità internazionale e nazionale
- Soft Skills: Teamwork, Comunicazione, Leadership, Attitudine ad interfacciarsi con interlocutori interni ed esterni (Direttori e altre figure Global, Middle Manager, Blu Collars, External Consultants.
