The Human Technopole Foundation (HT) is an interdisciplinary research institute, created and supported by the Italian government, whose aim is to develop innovative strategies to promote human health and healthy aging through a multidisciplinary and integrated approach, combining genomics, computational biology, structural biology, neuroscience and health data science. HT scientists work together to enable interdisciplinary research and to create an open, collaborative environment to help promote life science research nationally and internationally. In line with its mission to serve the research community at large, HT operates National Facilities, specifically aimed at making HT’s technologies, methods and tools available to the national scientific community.

The Human Technopole Foundation is looking for a** Treasury Coordinator** to work in the Finance Department.

The role, reporting to the Accounting and Treasury Manager, will be involved in in the day-to-day management of treasury activities.

**Your main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Grant a correct process for treasury, ensuring the compliance with FHT financial policies and procedures, Italian accounting principles;
- Coordinate and develop the Treasury team
- Perform payments in the ERP system;
- Daily posting and reconciliation of banking transactions and monthly reconciliation of bank account and provision of supporting documentation;
- Manage bank account and payment processes through the online banking system;
- Assist the Accounting and Treasury Manager in forecasting cash flow positions and consequent funds needed for payments;
- Direct relationship with banks and maintenance of database of bank account details;
- Manage Bankitalia centralized bank account;
- Manage petty cash and bank credit cards for employees assignee and reconcile position at the end of the month and quarter.

**Mandatory requirements**:

- University degree or diploma in areas such as Business Administration, Economics or Finance;
- At least 3 years of experience in Administration, Finance or Treasury
- Good Excel knowledge;
- Fluency in Italian;
- Good English knowledge.

**Preferential requirements**:

- Previous experience in preferably in structured organizations, characterized by high management and organizational complexity;
- Knowledge of ERP System.

**Organizational and social skills**:

- Proactive attitude towards work in general;
- Problem solving mindset;
- Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
