**Posizione**:
**MAIN ACTIVITIES**:

- Support in setting up and passing on to the store team the correct guidelines to ensure that the customer has a fulfilling in-store experience through the visual
- Works closely with the headquarters/marketing visual team, other area visuals and sales teams to standardise the image of the shops (reports, photos, ideas...).
- Supports monitoring that the shops are up to date with seasonal product launches and technical aspects of the product.
- Supports the development and the circulation of ideas/information (visual, maketing, commercial...) by visiting competitors (photos, requests....).
- Supports coordination with seasonal/annual in-store marketing activities based on exact product deliveries (marketing calendar, marketing collection, planogram).
- Supports the implementation and control of any shortages of consumables (pops, promos, props..), measures their effectiveness and reports accordingly.
- Supports the management of any production of promotional materials/showcases.
- Supports participation in stock management, informing the store manager/area manager about slowsellers, bestsellers, problems and possible opportunities. Participates in venue/showroom fittings and new retail openings together with the venue/area visual team.

**Requisiti**:

- Good English competence
- Good ability for combining colours and styles and putting products together
- Good sense of brand empathy
- Multicultural management experience
