Perla sede di Firenze stiamo cercando un RENTAL PROPERTY MANAGER

Di cosa ti occuperai
- Sviluppare il portafoglio clienti aziendale
- Negoziare e concludere trattative con investitori immobiliari
- Fornire consulenza agli investitori immobiliari sull’ottimizzazione e la tutela della rendita del loro patrimonio immobiliare
- Portare in visita agli immobili i potenziali inquilini
- Concludere e stipulare contratti di locazione

Requisiti:

- È gradita esperienza pregressa nelle vendite/ commerciale anche in settori diversi da quello dell’immobiliare (store manager, agente immobiliare, consulente commerciale, consulente finanziario o assicurativo, procacciatore d’affari, ecc.)
- Capacità di relazionarsi positivamente con clienti e colleghi
- Forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi
- Capacità organizzativa
- Determinazione nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi Predisposizione al lavoro per obiettivi;
- Capacità di ascolto

Cosa offriamo
- Training per acquisire tutte le competenze necessarie al ruolo presso SoloAffitti Academy (l’Academy dei Rental Property Manager)
- Affiancamento ad un coach con supporto costante nell’acquisizione del metodo di lavoro e nella definizione e raggiungimento dei propri obiettivi;
- Assistenza assistenza tecnico-contrattuale, informatica e di marketing

Fisso mensile di € 1000,00 per i primi 3 mesi + 10% provvigione sulla produzione personale.
A partire dal 4° mese fisso mensile di € 500,00 + 20/30% provvigione sulla produzione personale
