We are looking for an “**IT Ecosystem & Operations Lead**”.

**WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF**
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the IT operations team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Define and drive the vision for the IT ecosystem, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure robust security protocols and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement within IT operations and develop plans to address them.
- Streamline IT processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement best practices in IT service management, including incident, problem, and change management.

**WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT operations and ecosystem management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems integration, and security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations.
