Abbiamo l'opportunità di inserire un Planning Manager, all’interno della BU Professional dedicata al mercato dei Professionisti (consulenti del lavoro, commercialisti).

Il Planning Manager Sales, guidando un team di 4 persone, opera nel team Planning and PMO ed è responsabile della pianificazione commerciale, del performance management e del supporto alle reti commerciali della BU (Sales, Trading Network, VAR Integration, Indirect Channel).

Si occuperà di:

- Pianificazione di budget;
- Reporting: consuntivazione delle performance di vendita e dei KPI correlati, gestione delle review commerciali periodiche con la direzione;
- Supporto commerciale: gestione del team di supporto alle reti di vendita;
- Supporto all’alta direzione con analisi strutturate del mercato, della customer base e dei fenomeni rilevanti che riguardano le dinamiche di vendita;

Hard Skills necessarie per la posizione:

- Buone capacità analitiche e approccio quantitativo alla comprensione dei fenomeni;
- Esperienza nella creazione e gestione di modelli excel complessi; buone capacità di lavorazione su excel; esperienza nell’elaborazione di report periodici verso stakeholders interni od esterni;
- Approccio metodico e ordinato ai processi di controllo;
- Capacità di gestire un team di analisti; preferibilmente esperienza nella effettiva gestione di un team

Soft Skills necessarie per la posizione:

- Spiccate doti relazionali e comunicative, fortemente orientato al risultato e che manifesti ottima attitudine al lavoro per obiettivi;
- Precisione, affidabilità, passione, attenzione alla customer satisfaction, curiosità, ma soprattutto grande spirito di enterpreneurship;
- Capacità di interagire in dinamiche e contesti complessi e tecnologicamente evoluti;
