Factory Controlling Specialist acqua Panna Plant

- 1/2 years of work experience in Finance in the controlling area. Manufacturing/Factory analytical experience is a plus.

**Position Summary**
In this role you will support proactively the Factory Controller in facilitating a fact-based decision-making process, based on quality and on time reporting through consistent relations with all the stakeholders, transparency and financial knowledge. You will be responsible of providing insightful analysis and business planning, support and challenge the Factory Leadership Team in the target achievements.

**A Day in the life of a Factory Controlling Specialist**:

- Manage the preparation of annual budgets and the periodic dynamic forecasts by defining the general hypotheses aligned with the guidelines of the Factory Leadership Teams.
- Ensure the management of all components of the Cost of Production (usage of raw and packaging materials, variable and fixed labor, energy, fixed costs such as maintenance costs) to evaluate the factory's performance by comparing the actual costs vs. budget and vs. subsequent dynamic forecasts excluding volume and mix impacts and explaining the main contributors to the variances proposing any corrective actions.
- Ensure financial information and effective communication to the Factory Leadership Team and the Waters category for decision making and to anticipate risks and opportunities by assessing the likelihood of their realization.
- Ensure cost/price calculations or economic simulations for new products or new projects.
- Actively participate in the evaluation of new investments by preparing business cases with the most relevant indicators (NPV, MIRR and DPBP).
- Support and challenge the Factory Leadership Team to achieve targets also having an active role during operational reviews.
- Develop dashboards, carry-out monthly reviews, implement an action plan with managers and make variance landings more reliable.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve profitability and operational management by ensuring compliance with Nestlé standards, Market guidelines and best practices within its scope.

**What will make you successful**:

- 1/2 years of work experience in Finance in the controlling area. Manufacturing/Factory analytical experience is a plus.
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or Accounting.
- Good organizational, analytical and planning skills combined with a strong passion for controlling.
