ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST

**Di cosa ti occuperai**:
Sarai responsabile della gestione del rapporto di lavoro e della gestione amministrativa del rapporto con il cliente.
Gestirai la contrattualistica, la rilevazione delle presenze e delle assenze, la fatturazione, l’elaborazione e il monitoraggio della reportistica. Presidierai il rispetto delle procedure e delle policy aziendali, diventando il punto di riferimento per i lavoratori e i clienti per la consulenza giuslavoristica.

**Skills richieste**:

- Laurea preferibilmente in materie umanistico-economiche
- Spiccato interesse per l’attività amministrativa e forte desiderio di mettersi alla prova per ampliare le competenze tecniche e gestionali.
- Esperienza maturata nell’ambito delle Agenzie per il Lavoro o nell’ambito dell’amministrazione del personale in contesti strutturati.

Sarà considerato un plus una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, data la dimensione anche internazionale dell’azienda e un ottimo utilizzo del pacchetto office, in particolare di excel.
