Tender Specialist

In line with DNV’s position as a trusted voice to tackle global transformations, the DNV Supply Chain and Product Assurance division’s ambition is to shape the future of assurance through innovating, developing and growing assurance services in Digital, Supply Chain Management, Medical Technology & Healthcare, Product Assurance, and Assurance activities.

As a
**Tender Specialists** you will join the Tenders Team in supporting the tendering process in the areas of tender documentation management and supplier qualification management.

The Tender Specialist will be part of a team of talented and competent people active in the process of tender identification, processing, and management. The main responsibilities will be the preparation of tender documents, interfacing with all relevant business units, and managing response times.

**You will be responsible for the following tasks**:

- Tender documentation analysis for public and private companies
- Preparation of administrative tender documents
- Support in the closing phase of the tender
- Support in the preparation of documentation in case of provisional or final awarding, extension and/or renewal of the contract
- Supplier qualification management
- Contracts review support
- Scouting of new tenders on different sources

Position Qualifications:

- Fluent command of English and Italian, in writing and in speech
- A degree in Economics, Finance, Political Sciences, or similar field
- Attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure and operate within deadlines
