**Who we are looking for**:
As a Controller, you will assume a pivotal and autonomous role within our finance team, responsible for ensuring the precision and integrity of financial data. Your strategic contributions will not only uphold but elevate the overall financial health of the company. This presents a compelling opportunity for a rounded professional to not only advance his/her career but also actively shape the next level of our management control department, particularly within the dynamic context of a fast-paced startup environment.

**Few examples of responsibilities**:

- Provide regular financial analysis for informed business decisions.
- Create financial models, trends analysis, and ad-hoc fiscal forecasts.
- Implement effective accounting policies and models.
- Conduct regular reviews to identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Take a leadership role in coordinating and overseeing the company's ERP implementation, ensuring seamless integration among all departments involved.
- Perform operative administrative task in order to ensure the accuracy and punctuality of department results

**Ideal Background**:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Economics or Management.
- Previous experience in the role.
- Experience in ERP implementation (considered as a plus)
- Italian and English Language proficiency.
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft office package (particularly Excel and Power Point).
- Analytical approach and passion to work with numbers
