- Gestire i processi e le attività di gestione dei sinistri (FFL, Cargo e Magazzino) in linea con le linee guida e le politiche del gruppo.
- Garantire che i reclami dei clienti siano gestiti in modo rapido ed efficiente, decidendo sulla validità di un reclamo.
- Garantire che l'organizzazione sinistri locale possa decidere sui sinistri e detenere il relativo potere decisionale.
- Perseguire solide azioni di recupero nei confronti di potenziali terzi responsabili, inclusi vettori, subappaltatori, ecc.
- Responsabilità di risoluzione verso le controversie su sinistri transfrontalieri con la collaborazione e il coinvolgimento del Responsabile Sinistri / Coordinatore Sinistri di altri paesi.
- Coordinarsi con Global Claims per sinistri significativi e aumentare la competenza e la conoscenza dei sinistri associati al processo di gestione dei sinistri, in linea con le iniziative globali.
- Preparare sintesi esecutive per il Responsabile Legale e/o altre parti interessate, collaborando pienamente con loro.
- Mantenere un accurato database dei sinistri.
- Gestire le operazioni quotidiane dell'ufficio reclami, assicurando che tutto il lavoro sia completato in modo tempestivo e accurato.
- Mantenere comunicazioni efficaci con partner commerciali, clienti, sottoscrittori ed esperti esterni, compreso il coordinamento tra più dipartimenti all'interno dell'azienda.
- Supportare le iniziative strategiche aziendali.
- Migliorare continuamente la coerenza e l'affidabilità del servizio fornito e aumentare l'efficienza operativa.
- Progettare, implementare e documentare le procedure per il controllo dei processi, il miglioramento dei processi e l'auditing.
- 7+ anni di esperienza nella gestione dei sinistri assicurativi.
- Oltre 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione, guida e sviluppo di gestori di sinistri.
- Esperienza nel settore è plus - catena di fornitura e logística.
- Esperienza nella gestione di un processo di gestione dei sinistri end-to-end.
- Esperienza all'interno di un'azienda internazionale con esperienza di comunicazione transfrontaliera.
- Esperienza nell'operare all'interno di un'organizzazione a matrice, al servizio di più clienti / parti interessate.
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione, negoziazione, risoluzione dei problemi e servizio al cliente.
- Inglese fluente.
