Il nostro cliente, realtà in forte crescita del settore Sanitario, ci ha incaricato di ricercare la figura di un:
**BUSINESS CONTROLLER**

La risorsa, dopo un periodo di affiancamento all’attuale Direttore Operativo, avrà un **percorso di crescita** ben definito che lo/la vedrà a **capo della struttura sanitaria** e si occuperà di:

- **Gestione attività operative**: gestione dei flussi pazienti, programmazione attività produttive, valutazione dei dati economici consuntivi, elaborazione di piani industriali e budget;
- **Gestione informatica**: sviluppo delle conoscenze dei sistemi informativi della società;
- **Gestione del personale**: gestione della turnistica, definizione dei fabbisogni minimi, politiche delle retribuzioni, applicazioni contrattuali, definizione premialità, gestione dei contratti in libera professione;
- **Gestione acquisti**: modalità di gestione degli approvvigionamenti, gestione delle trattative di acquisto, gestione del magazzino, gestione appalti esterni, verifica incidenza costi sui reparti produttivi;
- **Gestione ufficio tecnico**: gestione delle manutenzioni, sicurezza sul lavoro, gestione ambientale, valutazione investimenti, gestione acquisti attrezzature, gestione contratti appalto per ristrutturazioni;
- **Gestione convenzioni**: apprendimento delle modalità di gestione delle convenzioni private o assicurazioni e relative condizioni economiche.

Competenze necessarie:

- **Laurea in materie economiche**;
- Necessaria esperienza di almeno **5 anni** in ruoli di **consulenza in ambito finanziario** e/o **controlling **preferibilmente nei seguenti settori**:sanità, servizi o facility**;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua **inglese**;
- Buona conoscenza e utilizzo del pacchetto Office, in particolare **Excel**;
- Capacità di **comunicare** e interagire con interlocutori a più livelli, **pianificazione**, programmazione e problem solving;

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo indeterminato

Stipendio: €50.000,00 - €55.000,00 all'anno
