In particolare entrando a far parte del Team **Non Financial Risk **di **Milano **sarai impegnata/o nella gestione organizzativa e metodologica all'interno di progetti complessi di gestione del rischio seguendo obiettivi sia normativi che gestionali.

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

- Analisi di rischio e di scenario su specifici settori di **rischio non finanziario** o sulle attività dell'azienda;
- Implementazione e revisione dei modelli e processi di governance, reporting e mitigazione per i **rischi operativi e reputazionali**;
- Scouting e creazione di **business case** per l'applicazione **dell'Intelligenza Artificiale** per una gestione più efficace dei rischi non finanziari;
- Svolgimento di **analisi di stress test** sia dal punto di vista manageriale che normativo.

Sarai coinvolta/o su progetti nazionali e internazionali al fianco di professioniste e professionisti altamente qualificati e lavorerai a stretto contatto con i nostri clienti del settore **Financial Services**, tra cui banche, assicurazioni e società di investimento.

- Laurea specialistica (conseguita o in fase di conseguimento) in Economia e Finanza, Economia dei mercati e intermediari finanziari, Financial Risk Management durante la quale hai avuto modo di approfondire tematiche di Risk Management;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, meglio se avvalorata da un’esperienza di studio e/o lavoro all’estero;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
