**Posizione**:
La figura ricercata avrà la responsabilità di supportare e presidiare i processi e le attività di gestione del personale della sede operativa di Arzano..

Siamo alla ricerca di una persona in possesso di solide skill, hard e soft, che porti valore aggiunto nei processi gestionali ed amministrativi, ma che sia attenta alla dimensione umana della relazione e ascolto con le risorse, allineando le strategie e la vision HR con gli obiettivi di business.

Responsabilità:

- Gestione contratti di assunzione, scadenze, reportistica;
- Garantire la gestione e ottimizzazione dei processi ed attività HR;
- Supporto ai dipendenti e ai manager per ogni richiesta in ambito HR.ù

Requisiti
- Laurea
- Specializzazione afferente l'area delle Risorse umane;
- Pregressa esperienza di almeno 3 anni in medesimo ruolo, maturata in contesti strutturati e di grandi dimensioni;
- Capacità di mantenere elevati standard di riservatezza e di trattare le informazioni sensibili con cura;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e predisposizione al lavoro di gruppo;
- Orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi;
- Autonomia nell’organizzazione del lavoro;
- Problem solving e capacità di gestione di processi complessi;
- Spirito di iniziativa e capacità di adattamento rispetto alla rivoluzione digitale in atto
- Curiosità e orientamento all’innovazione

Rappresenta un requisito preferenziale la conoscenza del CCNL Telecomunicazioni e del sistema gestionale Zucchetti. L'inquadramento e la RAL saranno valutati in base all'esperienza maturata.
