Generali Investments Holding S.p.A. guarantees a solid framework of services designed to support various asset management activities. Key elements include back office activities, organized to provide maximum efficiency; advanced reporting systems and sophisticated technological infrastructures. The company also acts as a holding company, retaining share capital in the boutiques and Generali Investments’ companies.

Within the Asset and Wealth Management Business Unit the Compliance team primarily ensures the regular and timely fulfillment of the core compliance duties typically entrusted to the Compliance Functions of Generali Insurance Asset Management SGR S.p.A. (GIAM), Generali Investments Partners SGR S.p.A. (GIP) and Generali Real Estate SGR S.p.A. (GRE) in accordance with the relevant Banca d’Italia and CONSOB regulations.

Reporting to the Asset & Wealth Management Business Unit Compliance Officer, the Compliance team guarantees the respect of policies and regulations.
- report to the Head of Asset & Wealth Management Compliance Unit;
- implement annual compliance plan of GIAM and GIP SGR and their foreign branches by timely performing the requested compliance advisory, monitoring and control activities and drafting the relevant control reports, in full coordination with the Compliance Team resources both in Italy and abroad;
- give support for the purposes of drafting the half-year and annual Compliance Reports for said Italian-based asset management company;
- support in liaising with BU Compliance Community abroad, in relation to compliance-related matters regarding any of the Group foreign entity belonging to the Asset & Wealth Management perimeter as regard Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)-related topics;
- support in implementing and performing controls for any Group-related compliance topics (such as, for instance, Group Compliance policies, Code of Conduct, Related Parties Transactions) acquiring rele
- support local projects and initiatives related to ESG.

**Requirements**:

- University level degree or comparable, preferably in law, business administration or finance/economics
- Second level Master degree in compliance or internal control system-related topics would be an asset
- Italian and Fluent English are minimum requirements, additionally, French will be considered a plus
- Successful track record of at least 5-7 years in prior similar or connected functions (*preferably, control functions such as internal audit and compliance but also other legal and general counsel functions)
- General knowledge of the European and Italian legal environment, with a specific focus on Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation and other ESG-related regulations
- General knowledge of internal control systems and processes commonly adopted in the asset management industry

- Ability to drive topics and deliver results even under pressure and time constraints
- Availability to travel in Italy and abroad
- Team player
