**Positie samenvatting**:
Contributes to drive results by:

- defining technical processes and content in order to execute business decisions on people management, working contracts in full compliance with labor law (eg. working contracts preparation);
- acting as a team player together with management and labor relations team in order to safeguard fair treatment to employees and business continuity (eg. deployment of company policies);
- providing solutions to internal customers and adopting outside in approach while leading projects (eg. follow up to customer's requests through HR platform).

Requisites:

- Strong command of the English language both verbally and in writings;
- Bachelor degree in Law;
- Availability to travel in Italy.

Hybrid working set up: 3 office based days plus 2 smart working days per week.
