Orienta SpA Società Benefit ricerca per importante azienda del territorio cuneese, operante nel settore dei servizi logistici in outsourcing, un:
**OPERATION MANAGER**

La figura ricercata riporterà alla Direzione, supportandola nelle attività di pianificazione e controllo sia strategico che operativo.

Nello specifico, si occuperà di:

- Controllare e monitore le attività di erogazione dei servizi aziendali nell'ottica di ottimizzare la performance delle risorse e i flussi di lavoro;
- Garantire la correttezza e la fattibilità dei processi lavorativi, nel rispetto delle tempistiche richieste;
- Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento delle attività e gestire in prima persona le problematiche in base al livello di criticità, riportando direttamente all'AD;
- Coordinare e gestire le risorse dislocate sui diversi cantieri, in cooperazione con il responsabile del cantiere e con il cliente.
- Gestire le relazioni con i clienti e i fornitori.

Si richiede:

- Esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo, in realtà organizzative strutturate
- Preferibile esperienza nel settore logistico
- Laurea In Economia/Ingegneria Gestionale o titoli affini

Completano il profilo:

- Ottime doti di leadership
- Capacità di analisi, organizzazione e pianificazione
- Ottime doti relazionali e di negoziazione
